Crossfit Kids is such a great class.. All the coaches are amazing! the workouts are so much fun, and different each week!!! They coaches are great with kids that are super nervous, and have difficulty in believing they can do the movements. My daughter was one of them!!! I had a chance to train there for a week and to meet lovely people. Mark is such a nice guy that he even helped me looking after my 2 years old son so I could train in peace.
I know there are plenty of Crossfit boxes in the area but for someone who has been traveling and training in different parts of the world, this one stands out from the crowd.

The online classes run seamlessly, the coaches are so accommodating and able to scale ALL the movements depending on what is available at home (I've just been using a backpack with books and water in it!). I feel so energised and satisfied after completing a session.

Everyone makes you very welcome and there is a lovely inclusive culture of community. The coaches really know their stuff and give helpful tips and pointers to get techniques right.
